ES16 Provision of the End use of specific products certificate

The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (MoE SR) allows you to request for the confirmation of the End use of specific products certificate - the End-user Certificate (EUC) in accordance with the Act No 144/2013 Coll. on trading of specific products, whose tenure is limited for safety reasons and amending Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No 145/1995 Coll. on administrative fees, as amended.
Within the service, applicants have the opportunity to request for the Confirmation of the declaration electronically.

ManualWhen using the service, please, follow this procedure:
- Submit an application for the End use of specific products certificate (EUC) using an electronic form.
- After the assessment of your submission, you will receive to your electronic mailbox (www.slovensko.sk) a request to sign the Confirmation.
- Obtain the required Confirmation in paper form at the MoE SR and sign it personally.
