ES18 Certification of conformity of the development of the system of thermal installations in preparation or a part thereof with the Energy policy long-term concept

The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (MoE SR) allows you to submit an application for issuing of the Certificate of conformity for development of the system of thermal installations or a part thereof with the Energy policy of the Slovak Republic within the meaning of the Act No 657/2004 Coll. on thermal energy sector, as amended.
Development of thermal installations or part thereof with an overall installed thermal capacity of 10 MW and more may only be undertaken based on the Certificate of conformity for development of the system of thermal installations or a part thereof with the Energy policy of the Slovak Republic.
Within the service, applicants have the opportunity to request for issuing of the Certificate electronically. You can submit an application only in the Slovak version of the portal.

Administrative fees
The fee for issuing decisions on/about of the Certificate of conformity for development of the system of thermal installations or a part thereof with the Energy policy of the Slovak Republic with installed power:

• Up to 20 MW, including: EUR 1 000,
• Over 20 MW also for each commenced 10 MW: EUR 1 000.

• Submit an application for issuing of the Certificate of conformity for development of the system of thermal installations or a part thereof with the Energy policy of the Slovak Republic using an electronic form.
• After the assessment of your submission, you will receive a decision regarding your application to your electronic mailbox (www.slovensko.sk).
