ES19 Licensing of cross-border transfer of specific products

The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (MoE SR) allows you to submit applications for issuing of the License for marketing of specific products and the Authorization for transfer of products according to Section 2 paragraph 1 point a) third point (explosives) of the Act No 144/2013 Coll. on the marketing of specific products, whose tenure is limited for safety reasons, and amending Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No 145/1995 Coll. on administrative fees, as amended.
Within the service, applicants have the opportunity to request for issuing of licenses and authorization electronically. You can submit an application only in the Slovak version of the portal.

When using the service, please, follow this procedure:

• Submit an application for issuing of the License for marketing of specific products, or for issuing of the Authorization for transfer of explosives using an electronic form.
• After the assessment of your submission, you will receive a notification of the decision regarding your application to your electronic mailbox (www.slovensko.sk).
• Obtain required license or authorization in paper form at the MoE SR.
