ES17 Certification of compliance of the investment project with the Energy policy long-term concept

The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (MoE SR) allows you to submit an application for issuing of the Certificate for construction of an energy facility pursuant to Act No 251/2012 Coll. on energy, and on amendment and supplement to certain laws. The Certificate for construction of an energy facility represents a documentation for planning proceedings and building permit proceedings. The Certificate is also a documentation for the application on connection of the facility for the generation of electricity to the transmission system or to the distribution system.
Within the service, applicants have the opportunity to request for issuing of the Certificate electronically. You can submit an application only in the Slovak version of the portal.

Administrative fees
The fee for issuing of the Certificate for construction of an energy facility:

• Without installed power: EUR 1 000,
• With installed power for each commenced 10 MW: EUR 1 000.

Note: The administrative fee for combined production of electricity and heat is determined on the basis of the installed electrical power of the facility.
