ES35 Publishing the list of certificates of compliance with the Energy policy long-term concept

The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (MoE SR) publishes the List of issued certificates of compliance with the Energy policy long-term concept for construction of energy facility, construction of a distribution system or distribution network in accordance with the Energy Act. The Certificate represents a documentation for planning proceedings and building permit proceedings. The Certificate is also a documentation for the application on connection of the facility for the generation of electricity to the transmission system or to the distribution system.
