The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) maintains the Real Estate Database, which represents the basic information source for preparing offers of suitable locations for the establishment of foreign or domestic investors.
Within the service, real estate owners have the opportunity to request for inclusion of their real estate (land plots, offices, halls or tourist objects) into the Real Estate Database electronically.

ManualWhen using the service, please, follow this procedure:
- Submit an application for inclusion of a real estate into the Real Estate Database using an electronic form.
- Perform the real estate inspection with regional representative of SARIO in order to assess its inclusion into the Real Estate Database.
- Receive the information on inclusion of a real estate into the Real Estate Database to your electronic mailbox (www.slovensko.sk).
